HSP Reunion by Invitation

October 29 – November 1, 2026, Thursday – Sunday, 3 nights.

Come join us at Boyds Mills Retreat Center for an HSP-centric retreat for alumni of the 41st HSP Gathering and their invitees from other Gatherings.  This retreat will be loosely structured between mealtimes with 100% optional, peer-led activities that we’d enjoy doing together, side-by-side, or alone.  Our group will have its own dedicated meeting space to personalize and serve as a memorable focal point for the HSP community we are building.

The Boyds Mills campus has ample opportunities for walking, hiking, bird watching and gorgeous sunsets, as the campus is surrounded by nature and woods. Indoors, there are several areas and rooms to hang out, socialize, sit quietly, even an art studio.

Details about food, lodging, arrivals & departure: There will be delicious, locally sourced meals, with snacks and beverages throughout the day. You may check into your lodging anytime after 3pm on arrival day.  (If you arrive prior to 3pm, you may enjoy the grounds and various work and gathering places around the facility as your room is being prepared.) The first meal on campus will be appetizers at 5:30pm and dinner at 6:00pm.  (If you arrive late, we can save dinner for you with advance notice.)

Arrangements for helping with travel to and from airports can be discussed with the Group of organizers for this event (Lisa, Melissa, Jenn, and David). We want to help you get here easily and will work with you to help make that happen!

Lunch on the final day of your stay is included, but we ask that you check out of your lodging by 11am. (You are welcome to leave your packed bags by the door of your room/cabin while you enjoy lunch and say your goodbyes. Housekeeping may enter your room during this period to begin cleaning and prepping for our next guests. ) Thank you for your consideration.
